Welcome to Yoga with Shay! Since 2018, I have been dedicated to guiding individuals on their yoga journey, drawing from 500 hours of comprehensive training in various styles, including hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and rocket yoga, as well as breath work and meditation. As a teacher, my goal is to create an empowering space for my students, focusing on how the poses feel rather than how they look. I am passionate about sharing this transformative practice with those who are open to its teachings. I believe that everyone can benefit, regardless of their experience level. In addition to traditional classes, I love blending yoga with nature, organizing events like hiking, camping, and backpacking. Together, we can explore not only the practice of yoga but also the beauty of the great outdoors. I invite you to join me on this journey toward strength, peace, and connection.
